Start your application by following the steps below.



Application Guide: Step 1

Select your application type (e.g.: Post WASSCE First Degree, Regular Graduate Studies, etc.). Be sure to supply your card information and keep it safely for subsequent login.

Application Guide: Step 2

Click login to start applying. Fill out the application form and attach a passport photo and all required documents. Please note an applicant’s passport picture should be in JPG or JPEG format and must not exceed 20KB in size.

Application Guide: Step 3

Click the"Preview" or "Accept" buttons to do any of the following:

  1. Click the"Edit" button to modify your application.
  2. Click"Save and Continue Later" to save your application form with the option of coming back at a later time to edit.
  3. Click"Submit and Print Confirmation" to complete your online application.
  4. Click the "Print" button to print the confirmation page.

Application Guide: Step 4

Keep your printed confirmation page handy. You may use the reference number shown on the page to check your admission status and/or print your admission letter.

Application Guide: Step 5

As a reminder, each applicant is required to print two copies each of his/her confirmation page and attach his/her results slip(s) and any other documents deemed important and forward same by post to The Deputy Registrar, Division of Academic Affairs, University of Cape Coast, Cape Coast. Quote your Application Reference Number on the envelope.

Graduate Applicant Instructions

In addition to Steps 1 – 6 above, the graduate applicant must print two copies of the reference form to be given to referees who will complete, seal, and return them. The applicant will forward all documents and mail them to the Deputy Registrar, School of Graduate Studies and Research, University of Cape Coast.

Graduate Application Checklist


  1. Two (2) copies of relevant certificates authenticated by the awarding institution.

  2. Two (2) original copies of transcript of academic records.

  3. Two (2) sealed Referee's Reports (download graduate reference form) "for regular applicants only."

  4. Two (2) copies of Research Proposal "for regular applicants only."

  5. Applications which do not include reference numbers, WASSCE/SSSCE results slips or transcripts for post-diploma and post-graduate applicants will not be processed.
